Welcome to Lally’s Irish Bakery — a small home bakery dedicated to bringing the authentic taste of Ireland to your table.

I’m originally from Claregalway, County Galway, and the breads we make today are rooted in the traditional recipes of my mother, Ann Lally, who grew up in Belmullet, County Mayo, in the West of Ireland. These recipes shape everything we bake at Lally’s and reflect the everyday tradition of Irish home baking.

Now based in the Northeast, each loaf is handcrafted in small batches using Odlum’s Irish flours and simple, honest ingredients — the same ingredients used in kitchens across Ireland.

Lally’s Irish Bakery is based in Connecticut and shares traditional Irish baking through pop-ups, farmers markets, and local partnerships across the region.
